J & A Developments is a family-owned business created from the combining of two successful pre-existing companies—one specialising in residential building/construction established in 2014 by Joshua Jack and the other company specialising in all earthworks and demolition established in 2017 by Amie Roberts. This unique combination allows us to offer a comprehensive range of services, taking clients through every stage of their project right from the start to finish. By handling both construction and earthworks in-house, we eliminate the hassle and reduce costs greatly for our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Our diverse skill set is what truly sets us apart. We pride ourselves on high quality work and craftsmanship. Environmental Initiative
At J & A Developments our team have a commitment to sustainability, we actively recycle and reuse materials wherever possible and are always looking for innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact. We work in close collaboration with a clean fill and quarry site where we send all of our project waste for recycling and reuse. All of our concrete waste is crushed, screened and repurposed on our future projects, whether it be for base material, driveways, concrete footings or drainage. Each year, we enhance our environmental initiatives, significantly reducing waste and contributing to a cleaner environment.
